Officially going here for a few years. The staff is always amazing and welcoming ☺️ I have been able to save time and money while continuing to make sure I'm healthy. They always ask even the hard questions to make sure the care I get is top quality 💕.

I'm never going to this location ever again. In the past I've had issues being with a male provider due to my relationship at the time but now that I'm not in that relationship anymore I'm fine with being seen by him and every time I had an appointment scheduled with them they call me and tell me they have cancelled the appointment because it was with the male provider and even though I have told them that was fine they said no and they have been sending me to the other location for a female provider. I don't have good transportation and this location is the only one I can get to without trouble. I have begged and begged them to just let me have my appointment with the male provider but they seemed to care more about the comfort of the male provider than my needs. I have to get my implant removed because I'm having complications and after they scheduled me for an appointment with them 30 minutes later I'm on the phone with them to have them send me to the Indiana location. Ive trusted this planned parenthood my whole beginning into being an adult and they have just stabbed me in the back. They've left me in physical pain when I've reached out to them for help when I really needed i

I give these ladies that work here and the facility an absolute 10 out of 10 experience. I was so incredibly nervous for my appointment and they were so calming, pleasant, and caring. They let me know what was going on every step of the way. I appreciate them all so much and everything they do for the community! Thank you!!!

I was between jobs and without health insurance so decided to use this clinic for care instead of my normal obgyn as I figured it would be more affordable for out of pocket pay. I have had many, many women’s health care visits due to a complicated gynecological history and this clinic was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were so friendly and warm. I was a little nervous about having a male doctor but those nerves left as soon as I met him because he was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen. The results of my lab tests were different than what I had expected and he gave me great next steps for what I should do given my unique medical and financial situation at the time. When it came time to pay, the bill was EXTREMELY affordable. To get top notch care at an affordable price was the best. Thank you!

I had an AMAZING experience. I was super scared to get my iud removed and everyone in the building were super nice and made me feel super comfortable!! Mike and Katie walked me through everything and made sure I knew exactly what was going on before anything happened throughout the whole process. All my fears were put to ease and I was shocked at the excellent care after past experiences with other clinics. I highly recommend this facility and workers to anybody and especially to people who have had past trauma dealing with doctor visits.

I had a great experience during my recent visit to Planned Parenthood at Spokane Valley Location. Kate at the front desk was amazing super friendly and made check-in quick and easy. Katrina was very professional and kind while taking my vitals, and Michael did a fantastic job with my procedure. They’re all super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. I’ll definitely be returning for any future birth control needs. Highly recommend this clinic!😊

Katrina at the front desk was very welcoming and patient with not only my daughter but everyone that came in while we were there! Provider Mike was amazing at my daughter’s first ever visit! She was so nervous but he made her feel very comfortable and she gained so much knowledge and confidence! Highly recommend!!!
